Annotation:

This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the professional risk management system in modern industrial enterprises. During the study, methodological approaches to risk assessment, ranging from basic principles of hazard identification to quantitative and qualitative analysis algorithms, have been detailed.
Special attention is paid to investigating key threats inherent to the production environment, including physical, chemical, biological, and psychosocial risk factors that can adversely affect employee health. Based on practices and scientific data, the most efficient mechanisms for preventing injuries and professional illnesses, from technical solutions to organizational measures, have been analyzed.
A significant part of the study focuses on current trends in occupational safety. Matters related to the digitalization of safety management processes are detailed, including the implementation of automated monitoring systems, electronic incident logbooks, and digital platforms for risk assessment. In addition, a risk-oriented approach has been analyzed as a methodological premise of the modern occupational safety system, and the best international practices of industrial safety have been examined.
The concluding part of the study presents scientifically substantiated recommendations for improving the risk management system. Such proposals consider the sectoral specifics of various productions and aim to increase the efficiency of preventive measures, reduce injury rates, and promote employees’ health. The measures developed are based on a comprehensive analysis of existing issues and best global practices in the field of industrial safety.
