The article examines the role of internal occupational safety inspections in an organization. These inspections are an integral part of the organization occupational safety and health management system, and help identify inconsistencies and violations of both legal requirements and local occupational safety requirements. When conducting internal occupational safety inspections, the problems often arise related to insufficient understanding of occupational safety requirements by the employees, insufficient awareness of the personnel about safety measures when performing the work, as well as insufficiently conducted training of the employees, assessment of working conditions and control over these conditions. Therefore, the implementation of digital solutions in the process of internal ocupational safety inspections has a number of advantages, such as automation, data centralization, more convenient control and analysis of inspection results, the possibility of convenient communication between the employees, and cost reduction. As a result, the example of a digital solution is described that can be used when conducting internal inspections of occupational safety and health at work.
