The Results of Tests of the Synthetic Fibrefiber at the Mining Workings Support by the Dry Shotcrete in the Conditions of Irtysh Mine

Annotation:

Test results of fibrefiber of Concrix ES35 produced by Brugg Contec AG Concrix at dry method of shotcreting with the use of local inert materials and binding substance at the Irtysh mine «Vostocktsvetmet» are given in the Article. Based on the laboratory studies the compliance of the components of shotcrete compound with the current state standards and normative documents is defined. Compositions of the shotcrete compound for carrying out pilot tests are given: on the basis of local materials with accelerating agent and the fiber, and also based on the ready dry compounds. Initial, early and final hardness of the shotcrete of different compositions are defined. Indices of compound kickback at shotcreting for the compounds of local materials and ready compounds are identified. The costs for preparation of compounds of different composition are established. It is found out that from the technological point of view the ready dry compounds are more efficient than the compounds prepared in the mine of local materials including with setting accelerator and a fiber.
