Annotation:

The human factor is one of the main reasons of the up-to-date technogenic accidents and disasters. In the article, the system approach is proposed concerning the study of the manifestation of the human factor and its influence on the professional activity based on the physiology regularities from the point of view of functional system theory developed by P.K. Anokhin and K.V. Sudakov. The author considered the role of the personal acquired characteristic of the employee — avoidance motivation and the accompanying psychoemotional stress as one of the fundamental reasons of manifestation of the human factor negative influence.
The specific methods of diagnostics and reorganization of the psychoemotional stress is described. Using the questionnaire «Self-diagnostics of life-sustaining activity efficiency» the assessment and the statistical analysis of the value and structure of psychoemotional stress before and after correction were carried out. Rehabilitation was conducted based on the methodical recommendations «The method of psychoemotional stability achievement through reorganization of psychoemotional stress for the employees of nuclear, oil and gas industries working in special conditions and in the conditions of the enhanced personal responsibility». After correction, there was high-reliable reduction of value of psychoemotional stress more than 2.5 times. The acquired psychoemotional stability results in decrease of the probability of the human factor manifestation. The obtained positive results enable to make the proposal for revising the attitude to the human factor and to transfer it to the category of the main reasons of hazardous event with the possibility of eliminating it.
