The current problem of using adsorption technologies for separation of gas mixtures, which allow to ensure safe operation of gas transportation system and significantly reduce the cost of gas purification, is considered in the article. The problem of synthesis of an adaptive adsorption process management system is solved. The modified high-order adaptation algorithm is improved that ensures safe adsorption process for gas mixture separation. Calculations are made that allow to improve the quality of management processes. Decrease in response time is obtained by reducing gas mixture temperature and pressure. The block diagram of the adaptive management system of the objects with the state lag is given. In the developed scheme for managing the adsorption process, the system is automated due to the stochastic observer. Transient processes on outputs and tracking error are obtained experimentally. The regulation time, when working out reactions to the set effect, is reduced to 110 min due to adaptive management. The proposed management system is implemented at the Mubarek gas processing plant in the Republic of Uzbekistan. This system allows to stabilize the technological modes of the process and increase the efficiency of its functioning. The economic efficiency obtained by ensuring energy and resource saving amounted to 13 thousand c.u. per year.
