Economic and Ecological Aspects of Reinforcement of Steel Frame Coverings for Industrial Buildings

Annotation:

The analysis is presented and justifications are given concerning the ecological and economic efficiency of use of rational welding technologies developed in Tolyatti state university. The considered technologies allow to strengthen the steel frames of covering which are under full design load giving the chance to avoid off-loading of the reinforced structures and related to it ecological and economic losses.
The basis of the proposed methods became the approach to welding process as regulated, which allows improving the bars of the frames both in the course of reinforcement and already reinforced by variation of the parameters. The technical result consists in increase of efficiency of methods of reinforcing bars by cross-sections increase, and as a result, decrease of the weld metal mass, reduction of labor input of the works performed at height, the possibility of carrying out reinforcement at any operational loads including emergency.
