Industrial safety which traditionally ensures the protection of the vital interests of the individual and society from accidents at hazardous production facilities and the consequences of these accidents, in the epoch of digitization acquires the new outlines. Security of the enterprise is not considered as an integrated one without proper consideration of commodity flows with a reduction of manual measurements and data processing.
The most acute problem faced by any enterprise in oil and gas processing industry is the actual imbalance identified during inventory and at reception and delivery of the batches of oil products. Despite the availability of the recommendations and standards of the organizations, at present the oil and gas complex organizations do not have a single approach to the procedure of reflecting the surpluses and shortages in the inventory.
The vision has been formed concerning the need of developing single automated platform on the accountability of petrochemicals of oil products when loading/unloading at the railway transport that will be meeting the requirements of the Russian standards.
The complex of problems was analyzed related to reflecting the measured indicators of the amount of oil products transported by the railway, and the mechanism for forming the software with the output forms was proposed.
The software module implemented in full compliance with the legislative norms, which was based on the aggregated errors of all the measurement systems used at the enterprise, and which eliminated the possibilities of manipulation and presented the possibility of accounting operations control by the management, will allow the enterprise to minimize the risks of identifying deficiencies in oil products accounting having ensured production safety, and to make a step in promoting digitization of business processes.
The proposed approach may be of interest for the digitization of raw material balances of various specialized industrial enterprises (chemical, metallurgical, power, processing, etc.), which in its turn will affect the improvement of their industrial safety.
