Annotation:

Occupational safety in construction is a relevant problem for construction companies that prioritize their human resources. One of the primary factors affecting the safety of employees in the construction industry is the inability to identify critical factors in the environment in order to develop appropriate forecasts and solutions. Safety training is required to ensure a safe and healthy environment at a construction site. Understanding the importance of the impact of hazard identification on construction safety indices can improve the existing safety training immediately at a construction site. In most studies, the problem of poor hazard identification at a construction site has been considered via the development of safety training models that connect the poor level of hazard identification with the insufficiency of experience and knowledge. In order to detect tendencies in occupational safety studies in the construction industry, scientific publications of Russian and international authors have been analyzed. The main goal of the article is to contribute to studies of safety matters in construction, which can be a basis for further research.
